OUR
COMMUNITY

ACCORDING TO THE AUSTRALIA BUREAU OF STATISTICS, THE IMPRISONMENT OF ABORIGINAL PEOPLE HAS SKYROCKETED
FROM 1 IN 7 OF ALL PRISONERS
IN 1992 TO 1 IN 4 IN 2012 AND NEARLY 1 IN 3 IN 2014.
At this rate by 2025, Australia is looking at 1 in 2 of its prison population will comprise of Aboriginal people.
We believe with a national footprint, a strong voice and strategic partnerships with community. We can play a significant role in tackling this issue head on. Our strategy is simple, we are on a mission to attract, train, recruit and retain Aboriginal people as security officers.
Our role is to provide a pre-cursor to anti-social behaviour and not as an afterthought. We believe more Aboriginal people representing their community in security positions will not only reduce the key issues we are facing head on but also provide a platform of role models for the youth in the community.
