About these terms
This website is operated by EON Protection, a 100% Aboriginal-owned Australian protection and capability company, with our head office at Level 1, 28 Cantonment Street, Fremantle WA 6160. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean EON Protection, and “you” means the person using this website.
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
Using this website
You may use this website to learn about us and our services, and to get in touch. You agree not to:
- use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that breaches the rights of anyone else;
- interfere with the site, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to any system connected to it;
- introduce any virus or other harmful code; or
- collect content from the site by automated means, or reproduce parts of the site as your own.
Information on this website
The information on this website is general in nature and is provided for information only. It is not advice, and it is not an offer to provide services. Any services we provide are governed by a separate written agreement between us — nothing on this website forms part of that agreement or creates a contract to supply services.
We try to keep the information on this site current and accurate, but we do not promise that it is complete or free of error, and it may change without notice.
Our content
Unless stated otherwise, the content of this website — including text, images, graphics, layout, and the EON Protection name and logo — is owned by us or used by us under licence, and is protected by Australian and international copyright and trade mark laws.
You may view this website, and print or download extracts, for your own information or to consider working with us. You must not otherwise copy, reproduce, publish, adapt or commercially use any part of this website without our written permission.
Cultural artwork
This website features Aboriginal artwork and cultural material. Indigenous Cultural and Intellectual Property in that artwork remains with the artist and their community, and it appears on this site under agreement. It must not be copied, reproduced, adapted or used for any purpose without the written permission of the artist and of us.
Enquiries and applications
When you contact us through this website, by email or by phone — including about working with us — you agree that the information you give us is accurate and that you are entitled to provide it. We handle that information in line with our Privacy Policy.
An enquiry does not create any obligation on us to provide services, to respond, or to consider or progress an application for work.
Links to other websites
This website contains links to other websites that we do not control, such as map and email services. We provide those links for convenience only. We are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of any other website, and a link does not mean we endorse it.
Availability of the site
We do not promise that this website will always be available or uninterrupted. We may change, suspend or withdraw all or part of the site at any time without notice.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), including the Australian Consumer Law, or any other law that cannot be excluded.
Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage — including indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data — arising from your use of this website or from your reliance on anything on it. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our liability is limited to resupplying the relevant information or the cost of having it resupplied.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal information, and forms part of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia and any courts that may hear appeals from them.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, and applies from the date it is posted.
